Paid Time Off
Team members are entitled to 18 yearly PTO days, 24 days after five years of service. In addition, you receive 15 sick or dependent care days annually, allowing you to take the necessary time for personal health or to care for loved ones. Furthermore, our benefits package includes 10 paid holidays per year, along with one floating holiday that can be used at your discretion.
Child Bonding & Sabbatical Leave
We offer flexible, paid leave for any employee welcoming a new child into their family. Birthing parents are entitled to 16 weeks of full pay, while non-birthing parents receive four weeks. Additionally, employees can pursue travel or a personal passion project after five years of service with a two-month unpaid sabbatical leave.
401(k) Plan
Our employer matches contributions to support your retirement goals. Currently, the match is 50% of employee contribution, up to a max of 2.5% of total compensation.
Annual Bonus
Your total compensation package includes eligibility for a performance-based year-end bonus.
