Residents of Henry County can now use contactless payment methods, such as tap-to-pay, and digital wallet solutions like Apple Pay and Google Pay. This development streamlines the customer experience and addresses the growing demand for efficient and secure payment options. Since implementation, over 50% of customers have opted for contactless methods.

The PaymentExpress integration with the state motor vehicle system, DRIVES, reduces data entry errors by eliminating the need for staff to re-enter information between the two systems manually. The County now uses Grant Street as its single payment provider for all county motor vehicle payments.
