Remote-First Workplace
The majority of our employees work remotely, so if you like where you live, or have family and friends in your area, you can join us without relocating. Our collaboration tools enable team members to stay connected and engaged no matter where they live.
Healthcare
Choose between a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan or a High Deductible plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plans offer superior coverage, with most in-network services covered at 100%. We also contribute to your HSA and offer dental and vision insurance at no cost to you.
Work/Life Balance
We believe you’ll thrive when you can maintain a work/life balance. We expect 40 hours a week of your best work. Outside of that, your time is yours.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
You work hard and deserve some time away so you can come back refreshed and ready to take on your next challenge. If you’ve been at Grant Street Group less than 5 years, you have 18 days of PTO a year. If you’ve been here longer than 5 years, it’s 24 days.
Sick Days
We want your PTO to be used for fun and relaxation so we have separate sick days for the times you need to miss work due to illness. We provide 15 days per year to use when you or your dependent aren’t feeling well.
Paid Holidays
Grant Street Group wants you to enjoy the holidays with the people you love. You’ll have 10 paid holidays a year for everything from Thanksgiving dinners to ringing in the New Year. Plus one floating holiday that may be taken for any religious, civil, or cultural celebration or commemoration you choose.
Child Bonding Leave
Ours is a family-friendly workplace. We offer paid leave for any employee welcoming a new child to their family. Employees have the flexibility to take this leave on a continuous or intermittent basis, at any time within the first 12 months of birth or placement. Birthing parents receive 16 weeks of full pay, and non-birthing parents receive 4 weeks of full pay.
Sabbatical Leave
Have a travel adventure or a passion project you want to pursue? Employees who have worked at Grant Street for at least five years can take a two-month unpaid sabbatical leave.
Pay Protection for Illness or Disability
If you’re unable to work due to an illness or disability, Grant Street Group has both short-term and long-term disability insurance to mitigate financial concerns during that time.
401(k) Plan
To help meet your financial and retirement goals, we offer a 401(k) plan managed by American Funds. The current employer match is 50% of the employee contribution, up to a maximum of 2.5% of total compensation.
Annual Bonus Program
A substantial part of our total compensation package includes eligibility for a performance-based year-end bonus.
Company Conferences
The entire company meets twice a year – either remotely or in person – for internal company conferences that include roundtable discussions, strategy meetings, and social events.
