As a PCI Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with our internal teams to understand our solution offerings and ensure they deliver on that goal. You will also work closely with clients to understand the tailored solution they have deployed and support their understanding of and compliance with the relevant PCI requirements. Finally, you will work with our internal compliance team in support of our own PCI obligations as a Level 1 Service Provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their integration style with our payment technology, ensuring accurate scoping of PCI DSS requirements tailored to their specific setup.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in understanding and fulfilling their PCI DSS obligations, offering clear explanations and practical solutions.
- Coordinate with our Compliance team as part of regular reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing adherence to PCI standards, identifying and addressing potential compliance gaps.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes to identify areas requiring compliance improvements.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks related to payment card processing and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources to assist clients in achieving and maintaining PCI compliance.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate our staff and our clients on PCI compliance requirements and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest PCI DSS standards and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and recommend enhancements as needed.

Some travel is required to meet face-to-face with clients and colleagues: applicants should be comfortable with approximately 10% travel.

Expected Salary Range: $70,000 – $125,000/year
